What is a Terminal Distributor of Dangerous Drugs (TDDD) License?
A TDDD license allows an entity to purchase and possess dangerous drugs at a specific address for distribution to patients.
NOTE: If you are an independent health care professional authorized to prescribe dangerous drugs who practices as a sole proprietor under their professional license (not incorporated), you might be exempt from having to apply for and maintain a TDDD License, however, for exempt status we must have documentation on file establishing your exempt status.
